At Riomar Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
